D Edge ("we," "us") is an impersonal market-research and education service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Your account is for one person; do not share your login.
We provide subscription access to market research, data, sector-rotation readings, scores, setups, and related tools. All of it is published the same way to every subscriber in a plan tier. It is general information, not personalized advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each period until you cancel. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on your location. If we change prices, we will give notice before the change applies to you; continuing your subscription after that is acceptance of the new price.
Refunds: you may request a full refund within three (3) days of your initial purchase by contacting support. After three days, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods you do not use.
Cancellation: you can cancel any time. When you cancel, your subscription stays active and you keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for; it simply does not renew after that. We do not cut you off early or prorate the remaining time.
The content is for your personal, individual use only. You may not, directly or indirectly, and regardless of your location or state: copy, redistribute, resell, republish, or share D Edge content or your access with anyone else; use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts) to access, monitor, index, or extract the service or its data; or attempt to break, overload, probe, or circumvent the service or its access controls.
All research, text, data presentations, models, scores, rankings, setups, and design on D Edge are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Your subscription is a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view them while your subscription is active.
The methods, models, scoring logic, algorithms, ranking methodology, weightings, and underlying formulas that power D Edge are our confidential information and trade secrets. You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, and regardless of your location or state: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover or derive the methodology, models, weightings, or source code behind the service; (b) use the service, its outputs, or its data to build, train, fine-tune, or improve any competing or derivative product, model, dataset, or service, including any machine-learning or AI system; or (c) use the service or its outputs to reconstruct, approximate, or reproduce our methodology. These obligations survive the termination of your account.
Enforcement. These protections are essential to our business. We will enforce them to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies against any person who violates them — including injunctive relief to stop the conduct, an accounting, and monetary damages, together with our costs and, where permitted, attorneys' fees.
Nothing on D Edge is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and using it creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship. You make your own decisions and accept all risk of loss. Markets are risky and you can lose money. See the Disclaimer.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, D Edge and its operator are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Availability and downtime. D Edge is delivered over the internet through third-party hosting and data providers, and may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted at times, including outages that are outside our control. We actively monitor known issues and push fixes and updates, sometimes while the service is briefly down. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and downtime by itself does not entitle you to a refund beyond the 3-day window in Section 5. You agree to hold D Edge and its operator harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
You may stop using D Edge at any time by canceling. We may suspend or end access for violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
Account sharing. Your subscription is for one person. If we determine that your login is being shared — for example, sustained use from many different locations or devices at once — we may cancel your plan immediately and without a refund, including for time you have already paid for. The 3-day refund window in Section 5 does not apply to an account cancelled for sharing. We keep basic access records (such as IP address and device type) for this purpose, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continuing to use D Edge after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
